on a mission to help you sell more
As you can see from my LinkedIn , I am an experienced and successful senior business executive, sales leader, and entrepreneur mainly in the technology sector. I learned my trade in the early days of business personal computers of Olivetti and Apple Computer. I then learned in two start up technology companies what works and what does not work.
Moving to Lotus Software and then IBM who bought Lotus, I managed teams across the world selling advanced technologies including today’s AI, Cloud and Analytics solutions.

Following 4 decades of business and sales success I decided in 2015, with my IBM's blessing, to start my own enterprise SalesTechnique Limited to share my expertise, knowledge, methods and techniques with large and small sales organisations. I have developed an evidence based digital Sales Execution Model with deeply researched tools and techniques that build the skills that ALIGN YOU WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS BUYING PROCESS.

The results have been and continue to be very rewarding. Sales revenues and win rates have increased significantly with my clients. Sellers and their sales leaders are happy and successful. This is proven by the great results achieved and the feedback I regularly receive.
In addition, during 2017 and 2018 I returned to University part time and learned how people actually learn new skills. I learned how to Teach and Train these skills.
I successfully qualified in Learning and Teaching, and in Management Education.

I achieved Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy, Advance UK. I am a visiting lecturer at Surrey University and Oxford Brookes Business Schools.
